jungler forgets smite... and im vs a hacking trynd with 25% lifesteal at lvl 1... who despite dealing 110 dmg to him at lvl 1 with an auto attack just hits 2 minions and is back to full hp. and as soon as i figth him again his ENTIRE wave attacks me... yet he hits me for a quarter my hp my wave just ignores him... yay hackers!

And Trynd has both a Q heal and passive crit RNG buffer, I wouldn't say the described scenario is mere hacks. It's also well known that laning against Trynd is pretty much a chore and a dice roll.

its hakcing when you SEE a 24 hp heal every auto attack he made... and def confirmed he was one because in my next game my champs stats were messed up bad

also my armor runes werent working... i was jaking WAY more dmg then i should have as jungle
