Why the f@#$ did they remove Shyvana's scorched earth?
You removed dragonform's burning trail. Are you serious? Why. What logic made you think it was ok to remove that?

Go through the patch notes and find it. They explained it. Clearly they made a mistake in not checking with you first, but fortunately it is their game.
Official statement is to reduce her kiting "vulnerability" and increasing her aoe effect zone. It has gone bigger in exchange from the scorched zone, so you have to kite harder to stay out of the flames. And she doesn't have to dance in a teamfight to spread to flames everywhere, it's easy-mode larger range.
Now if you want my take on that... flat nerf.
