Tenacity
Could we please add some of this valuable stat into the game through items, or even champions?
It feels awful to get hit by a Morgana Q and sit there for 3 seconds when you're fed and have items. Even if you have Merc's Treads, her Q still lasts about 2.1 seconds (if my math is correct). Never mind Fiddle's point and click fear...
Right now there are only 2 items that give tenacity:

And the one potion: 
can only be used on Bruisers, Fighters, and Juggernauts realistically. Also, by the time the passive procs, you've already been hit by all the CC and you're pretty much dead.
don't feel good to buy unless the enemy team comp has at least 2 AP champions.
is only good to buy on tanks that want to be in front and want to be big to block skill shots. Is also bought only late game most of the time, and in this current meta, there is no late game.
Sure, you could use Legend: Tenacity in the precision tree, but that usually isn't worth it for most champions as they would rather go into Alacrity or even Bloodline.
I think we could either add new items in the game that give tenacity, or we could trade some stats that current items have for tenacity. For example, remove 10% CDR on
for 10% or 20% tenacity. Or remove Haste (Unique Passive - Item gains additional 10% CDR) from
for 10% or 20% tenacity.
Basically, each role should be allowed to purchase some kind of tenacity item rather than just bruisers. Could make it a new Unique Passive named "Unstoppable (btw)" or something so that people can't just stack tenacity items.
