list of champions that need nerfs

why is there so much hate for ahri I can easily kill her with ap rakan and ap bard what are u people doing

Fizz: He's a little much, but tank fizz is far worse and that received some nerfs.

Lee Sin: He's definitely not op, just annoying early game.

Lucian: His passive mixed with bork needs a change

Yasuo: He's fine

Caitlyn: Make her traps go away when she's far away from them

Lulu: Has had buff after buff and 1 nerf since season 6.6 (needs toning down)

Ahri: Has been the same since season 4, nothing has changed.
