I seriously dont understand this

When in season 8 I had a 52% win rate. https://i.imgur.com/Jgu7T1D.png[\img] climbing to s3 Than to s1 durring preseason having a 60-70% win rate on raka and 60% win rate on Janna. Now suddenly my adc cant do anything and im facing a gold s8 with my adc playing like he's never touched an adc ever. Im never one to blame my team but god damn do I really want to blame them right now. Sur I make small mistakes and get caught out. But when my adc or jg or anything just decides to make some dumb ass play than flame me for not following along. I usually have a pretty good idea on when its good to go in and when you need to back the fuck off. Not these adc's. They act like they are a 20/0 jax. Than csing god dont get me talking about this. Support seems to be absolutely fucked by these role ranked bs. You get a adc "matched" the same that has no clue what their doing and got auto filled into it.
