Fix the surrender

You really need to fix the surrender. So when the enemy team has 20 kills or 4 towers over you it should be only 3 yes will surrender. Im tired of playing games where you have a duo or just two hard headed people that won't surrender because they think there is a chance to win. Also chances are that is three people are tilt then there will be no come back.

Maybe in Normals it could be a good idea since they are there to have fun, and beeing stomped isn't fun.
