The only champ that i ever see run the poachers knife is nunu because he actually benefits from it i would suppose, i dont really see a point in the item besides counter jungling but even then i feel other smites are so much more useful. Is there any time you would buy Poachers on any other champ besides nunu? when and why would it be viable? Im not hating on anything i just would like to know how to use the item better thanks!
It's not viable. Poacher's knife requires a commitment to counter jungling. People buy the tier 2 jungle item after their first back and counter jungling is something done best opportunistically (after you've seen the enemy jungle on another side of the map or something). This essentially makes the time you would need to buy it and the time when you would want to use it contradictory, especially when the item doesn't reward the jungler much for using it. Trailblazer is better at counter jungling in my opinion.
