Yes rammus is strong right now, but this is only because of the current marksman/ad assassin meta. I hope riot realizes this and doesnt make any unneeded changes/nerfs to rammus. This is the first time in a while rammus is getting a good amount of love and play.
if you're bothered by rammus in your games remember that there are some hard counters to him and its not just a free win for the enemy.

Rammus was Tier 1 jungle in S2 and still somewhat decent in S3... Rammus was one of the top champs after the ADC patch that broke most ADCs.... Rammus has been prominent whenever AD becomes too strong. That is his role. Ok?
Because Rammus beating melee top laners by statchecking them has anything to do with ADCs?
This is some bullshit, top mid laners are mostly AP, top junglers are balanaced between classes & damage types, and top laner is most tanks/fighters.

I don't actually think he's Very "OP" but if he IS, then he should receive nerfs just like any other champion, if he's strong in this specific meta, then he should be nerfed in this specific meta. If the meta of ADC"S dies and it becomes a mage meta, then they'll tone rammus back up a bit, since it doesn't suit him as well.
Builds 100% tank, gets insane damage.... Wait a minute...
Ok. Rammus is affected by the meta because he is a AD killing, AD tanking and AD Scaling Champ. So it's obvious that he is so strong because the meta is in his favor. take that away and his weaknesses are exposed. Hell the reason he is so dangerous is because his AD and W scales with armor so his hits do leave a mark. Take that away and his main threat of being high damaging tank is gone.
They'll nerf rammus before they bother to touch their immaculate ADCs
Rammus has had more than 53% win rate since season 4.
