Its a start.
I don't think Aatrox needs -anything- done to him since he's a health based champion and mostly melee. If I had to make five simple fixes?
Yasuo - I'd go with your E suggestion, and drop his double crit. Period.
Garen - Define him as tank or fighter, he currently has the best tank kit in the game while able to execute people with 2,000 true damage ults. If he's a fighter, drop his passive and W and rework. If he's a tank, drop his E critical strike and armor shred, drop his true damage, and scale his Q and E with max health instead of AD. Simple.
Master Yi - Remove true damage off his E. Period.
Tryndamere - Remove inability to die ult and replace it with 5 seconds of increased lifesteal, attack speed, movement speed, and attack damage. Didn't Poppy get reworked because her ult made her unkillable by all but one target?
Add an item for mages that grants them a better early game if they fight energy or no cost champions. This would be something that increases their mana regen, damage, and cooldown until they hit level 6. Nothing too high, nothing too low, something to balance out fighting these cheap, broken champions who are paraded around as "balanced"
Also, to the comment about the OP not being on the balance team - I wish they were, they have brains and can see an obvious problem.
Aatrox is in the dirt, and so is Morde. Though they can be pretty strong late game, they don't really have a, how do I say, place.
I'd stride for a 1.5x crit for Yasuo. It keeps his power based as an assassin, but it makes it less easy to build tank since you'll want more crit items if you also want damage.
I don't mind Tryn's ulti. A good CC in a team fight turns the invincibility useless for a bit, its a short time too. That makes him a good duelist/assassin because of this. Though I would increase the point of his undying. Instead of 30/50/70 health, I'd like for it to be 55/75/95 because on his Q passive he does more damage with less health. I honestly don't know what champ CAN'T do more than 100 damage at lvl 6.
For Master Yi, I'm not very sure. You just have to pay attention to him early game because of his high cooldowns early in. On his E I'd just lower the ratio or remove the base damage completely.
