Report button in Champ Select

Every so often, in Champ Select, you'll get those players who decide to troll by picking a position that has already been picked, and refusing to change their decision. There are also times where you can tell in lobby that someone is going to be toxic, because of the way they speak during the Champ Select phase. That usually leads to someone in the lobby dodging, because losing 3LP and 5 minutes is generally a much more appealing decision than losing 16-23LP and 30 minutes of your time.

Because of this, though, there is no opportunity to report those players who are trolling, unless you happen to take a screenshot during Champ Select of their chat and their eventual locked-in pick. This isn't something that lot of people even consider, nor is it something that most people want to take the time to do.

Now, I know that Riot has already shown intention to change the way Champ Select works; however, I sincerely doubt that just changing the format of Champ Select will fix the problem of pick trolls or Champ Select toxicity. Because of this, I'm suggesting that Riot add a Report button to Champ Select. This would allow players to report a user in lobby if they pick for a lane that has already been picked, or if they decide to go full-on toxic during Champ Select.

I can understand some of the negatives about this: Players could report players in Champ Select simply for taking the position they wanted, or even just report someone they don't happen to like, say from a previous experience or something, but I feel like the benefits will outweigh the risks in the long run.
