Bard Chime Spawn Logic

Recently, I've noticed that Bard's chimes seem to like to spawn under enemy turrets and in their jungle early game, then switch to spawning in "safe" territory late game, when our team is pushing.

Is there something mixed up with the spawn logic? One would think it should be the other way, encouraging the player to roam and ward during lane phase, while late-game encouraging them to move between lanes if pushing. Maybe the chimes themselves need to be given a logic check that sees if a team's lanes are pushing, and then spawn them accordingly.

It's just frustrating that I have to take a squishy champ into turret range, or into a dark jungle deep in enemy territory to simply get chimes after about 5 minutes, and then have to abandon pushing lanes to go pick them up later.

The idea is for you to take a bit of risk in hunting them down. When I play Bard, I wait for these dangerous chimes to be accompanied by chimes nearby that I can collect as well, so as to move out of the way faster.

I havent noticed a difference. It's easy to disregard the 10 you got from your jungle when you're focused on the 5 that have been building up all game in the enemy jungle???

the chimes are more likely to spawn close to you and the radius slowly increase during the game. If you are hugging the side bushes and you dont get the chimes on your side asap, the next chimes will have no other place to spawn then on the enemy territory.
