Devourer was my favorite item, but Riot removed it because 'farming = bad'.

Maybe reintroduce the item if the scuttle changes go through and have it only stack on scuttle kills needing 5 or so

Oh wait that would make the rng on where scuttle spawns way way way way more gamechanging and impactful.

Yeah. It was so fun playing against a Yi that could build full tank and kill you in 2 seconds with 90% true damage.
