Smurfs .....

just played against 3 .... Massive win rates whilst being only about level 30 - 40

Do you know what i find funny about it

Smurfs go to low elo win hard

They go back to their main elo

then they probably say ... omg this team is boosted ....( Well then i wonder how they get there COS ITS A MYSTERY TO ME O_O )

Then they go back to low elo and repeat

Smurfing should not be allowed at all ... i see no reason why its allowed at all especially in ranked

The question is: How can riot stop smurfing? How does one stop someone from just creating an account?

Even if they knew how to stop smurfing they wouldn't do it. If they loan ready to play ranks accounts with all skins unlocked to the streamers than you have the answer about theirs's stand...
