I'd explain everything. I assume everyone knows what's wrong with this champion as much as Riven. I'd be surprised if you do not know or decide to be ignorant and complacent.

Riven has no mana, a gap closer, an escape, a ult to kill anyome getting away, a stun, a dash in and out.

Xin has no escape ability unless he blows his ult, is basically an all in champ everytime he goes in, has a good jump, but high CDs. Xin is great if he gets fed, but can be easily countered top lane.

Jungle Xin can be annoying depending on his feed and build, but not impossible.

You mean an all in champion with no way to dash away if things go bad or if he messes up. a single gap closer with moderate high cd unless he is able to hit you 3 times with his Q. He has seen a power spike thanks to saeted but is far from being unmanagable
