First you nerf him with the changes to AP items that made him weaker, heals less now during laning phase and overall on minions, it only heals slightly better vs 400 magic ressist, wooooow, rofl, just rofl.

And next patch you are nerfing his abilities???? WHAT THE FUCK! He already has garbage laning phase, now his E will cost more hp??????????????? As if he wasn't easy enough to push against early game and bully out of lane.

Oh he has 0 mobility, better nerf the CD on his POOL................ wtf...............

I will just spam now, these cancer champs are OP and 0 skill, yet you nerf Vlad, rofl, np.

E is a SPAMMING ABILITY, this will cost him 10 at 4 stacks, SO YOU WILL LOSE 10 EXTRA HP PER CAST AT 4 STACKS, FOR A SPAMMED ABILITY IT BECOMES 100 and 1000 pretty fast.

I am 23, and cancer is a good adjective to describe certain champs :^) we use it in the Netherlands a lot, are you racist towards other cultures? If we want to use cancer as adjective, who are you to tell us not to? Take your cultural superiority and go away, thanks. Every DIAMOND player I have in my friendlist agrees that Swain and Malzahar are CANCER and SUPER STRONG and 0 SKILL.

lol you know the cost is negated very easily by spellvamp and the new WOTA right? as in you shouldn't be spamming it unless you're hitting enemies anyways. your argument is the exact same as someone complaining about killing themselves by throwing mundo cleavers.

also his Q heals him early game and should be maxed before his E anyways so there is really no reason for you to EVER kill or do serious damage to yourself with E spam unless you're one of those players who do stuff like throw mundo axes into the air without hitting anything until you die.

Vlad is one of my fav champs, but these nerfs are justified. The W was basically the protection of a Lissandra ult, but mobile. Raising the cooldown will help give jungers the chance of ganking him while it's on cooldown. And the E is supposed to take health, but buying spellvamp completely negates it's cost.

So far, I think they know what they're doing with him.

He has a garbage laning phase? His laning phase is pretty easy and strong if you play smart enough to not die stupidly. His only real weakness is his early level and even then you need hyper agression gap closers to make him pay and even if you do he will still outscale you eventually. The nerfs are justified.

I think he deserved those nerfs, althrough that W cd nerf hurts. The only think which is bs for me is the fact that Fizz also has spell which gives him invulnerability, has much bigger dmg than Vlad troll pool and has cooldown of 8 (!!!) secons on 5th rank, compared to 14 seconds Vlad has now and 18 seconds he will have after nerf. Wtf?
