It's by far not Edge of Night level. EoN didn't counter your own class on an 8 second CD.
Tbh, fuck the cooldown.
I think its being blown out of proportion tbh. It'll serve as a poke guard, or an all-in deterent, but I don't think's the mid-pocalypse by any degree.
Silver lining? Just one more option for counterplaying Jayce, since everyone can't seem to get enough of those.
