So they are nerfing top lane Tahm in favor of support Tahm?

After the Shen rework Tahm became my go to tanky top laner. I love the super simple and super tanky champs like old Shen and Mundo so once TAhm came out and got some buffs I loved playing him top and have carried many games with him. It's mainly the change to his passive that's going to make his top laning a lot weaker but it all hurts. While he does some percent hp bonus damage pre 6 once he hits 6 he loses a lot of damage from his live version and even more as the game goes on. The change to his E means his shield is smaller and will be healing less and also a lot easier for his opponents to play around since it only lasts 3 seconds now. The cooldown now being 6 at all ranks does help though. The changes to his ult is nice besides, of course, the removal of the percent health damage he got from it. I don't think these changes are going to help his play rate at all. He gets a tiny amount of damage pre 6 for less tankiness and less damage post 6.
