You're treading on dangerous numbers here. The numbers for the 125+ segment is only based on 2% of the overall sample. This makes it vastly more susceptible to RNG. Since the sample size is given at 16000 games, his 57% win rate at 125+ is based on only 320 games. This is not a big enough sample to properly make an accurate assessment. It breaks down to ~180W - 140L in the 125+ group. A difference of only 40 games is not even close to being enough to draw accurate conclusions.

If your statement was true then why doesnt Garens win rate dip from 52.5% from the less experienced 5-15 group to 50.8% in the more experienced 15-50 sample size?

I don' t think that an high skillcap champ has to consider +125 games, i think that it is more the "hardcore main"section and even the 50-125 section can be considered where high skillcap champion plays start to be effective ( because having 50 games on the back is a rather hard requirement to play a champion properly, probably even less is enough in most of cases), upping up the % to 8% of the games played - which is still rather low but is not that small anymore.

Having low % with few games in the back means that has a low skill floor, just that. In case of Garen we can see why this happens: the dude has mostly tools and hardly any true gamebreaking skill ( the ult is the most mechanically demanding skill and is mostly facebreaking than gamebreaking, followed by E ) so is hard to use bad but hard to use it exceptionally well because he has restrictions common to every champion ( can' t dash, can' t blink, can' t attack from range ), the only thing that makes him more distinguished in that case is the Q that removes slows and can silence, but is still a weak removal compared to other skills ( but one to which players can capitalize ) and is still just a movement speed boost, subsceptible to every other skill in the world.

Not saying that is bad or good, just explaining my point of view. Udyr is somehow the same case.
