It is not so much the damage, it is that she was literally shooting me from half the lane away. Attack range nerf will make it so that it is still viable.... just not as oppressive. She will have to think about where she is standing and kiting instead of near literally standing outside the auto range of almost every champ in the game.
Just my two cents worth. It was never the damage. It is simply the auto range.

Ahri, Aurelion Sol, Brand, Cassiopeia, Corki, Draven, Elise (with Human Form), Ezreal, Heimerdinger, Janna, Jhin, Kennen, Lissandra, LuluSquare Lulu, Lux, Miss Miss Fortune, Nami, Ryze, Sona, Soraka, Swain, Syndra, Twitch, Vayne, Veigar, Ziggs, Zilean, and Zoe all have the same auto attack range as her (550). Varus, Zyra , Kindred (with 4+ marks), Anivia, Ashe, Annie, Caitlyn, Tristana (after a few levels), and Jinx (with Q active) all outrange her. So her range is actually pretty average for a ranged champ.
