@Riot Solution to 'First Time X' in ranked.

Have it so they need have a certain amount of games required to use a champion in ranked. Like at least 10 or 15 so they get a clear understanding of the champion beforehand in normals or 5v5 customs, ARAMS will not apply. (Remakes do not count, it has to be a win or loss.)

It's honestly frustrating dealing with a teammate who has no clue how to use a champion feed their ass off in ranked then blame everyone else because of their lack of experience.

Example:

First time Kled.

Dude, why go to ranked if you don't know how to play this champion?

Lol I'll learn on the fly, I read all the abilties and saw the spotlight.

No, I hate this idea. Id rater deal with people first timing a new champion. some people are just bad regardless of who they play. so why do I have to suffer

also. 10-15 games per champ...keeping in mind their are over 100 champs in this game. YOUR NUTS

Then they could decrease the amount of games need. That or use champion mastery where you need at level 3 mastery on said champ to play in Ranked so old, veteran players don't have to drag through 1000 games just to have a decent champ pool for Ranked.

Or five, remember this is so the player can understand various matchups. Just one game won't give them an idea of what their opponent's champions will be like in ranked.

There are Coop vs AI and or Normals for those. That will be a problem for those who has alternate accounts.

Just report for trolling/griefing.

It doesn't matter. If you lose then you play again. If you win then you play again. Either way you just play. What does a little bit of LP matter?

How are you supposed to trade people champions in ranked then? If you picked a champion from the entire 132 champion pool every game with completely even chance it would take you, on average, ~10000 games to be able to pick all champions in ranked. With a much more reasonable distribution with ~30% of the champ pool making up 70% of games played it would take ~20000 games to be able to pick half of the champions in the game. Those numbers are impossibly huge and would make this a terrible idea.
