Let's talk about this: Thornmail Rework

On 6/29/17, there has been significant changes made to Thornmail. (None of this is currently set in stone, so it is subject to change.) ★ Thornmail

• Total cost 2900g
• Builds out of [Bramble Vest + Ruby Crystal + Warden's Mail + 600G]
• Stats & Effects: +250 Health +75 Armor Unique Passive - Thorns: Upon being hit by a basic attack, reflects magic damage equal to 10% of your bonus armor plus 25, inflicting Grievous Wounds on the attacker for 1 second. Unique Passive - Cold Steel: When hit by basic attacks, reduce attacker's attack speed by 15% for 1 second.

So now, Thornmail has lost it's King-sized load of armor (100 Armor). In doing so, it has gained the ability to inflict GW & slow attackers attack speed like / . I am not an AD Carry main, but this would in turn make it so they would have to think twice in attacking those with this item. I'm not entirely too concerned with this item being changed, it's a new item being introduced that scares me. It now has a component item like / do in the form of a brand new item currently known as "Bramble Vest" . Here is what Bramble Pelt Vest does in-game so far. ★ Bramble Vest

• Builds into Thornmail.
• Total Cost: 900g.
• Recipe: [Cloth Armor + Cloth Armor + 300G]
• Stats & Effects: +35 Armor. Unique Passive - Thorns: Upon being hit by a basic attack, reflects 25 magic damage, inflicting Grievous Wounds on the attacker for 1 second.

All in all, I think the changes are pretty good to Thornmail. However, I think Bramble vest could potentially be a slight problem as I think alot of people can make great use of this item in the early game considering it's currently priced at 900g. Since getting onto PBE is rather difficult for new users now adays, it's extremely hard to tell how this item works in Early Game for Tanks/Bruisers. Anyone have any thoughts on this item? (Again, None of this is set in stone. This is subject to change)
