I really enjoyed actually being able to play Vlad as a glass cannon, not as whatever-the-hell it is he is now. Old Vlad with the new items sounds like one of the most fun things ever. Easy way to work in 40% CDR, mobility, etc on old Vlad would be GODLY. I'm sad about this rework.
No, not to say I like the new one more, but old Vladimir could be really obnoxious too and was even less fun to play as.
Me too, i do not like this new Vlad one bit, before he was very unique in his play style, but now he feels like every other mage, i could might as well be playing Lissandra or Zyra, they feel all too similar. And yea, imagine the possibilities on Vlad with these new items QQ.
Also i don't like the Zyra one that much, on paper she should be stronger but she feels sooo much weaker. Come to think of it, i don't like any of these group reworks, except for Kog'Maw (genius rework) but now they are un-reworking him :/
I just pray to god they don't ruin Leblanc, Talon and Katarina.

It was something I learned to work with anyway back when they decided to put mana regen on the item for LoLs.

I miss about 1/3rd of the pre-rework champs, some of which only needed tweaks like a new passive and they would be fine. This is probably hind-sight though.
Old vlad was extremely easy to pub stomp and a complete joke pre 9.
New Vlad is just a complete joke.
He still has no way to fight you unless you run at him.
He now snares and hurts himself as much as his new shit E hurts you.
His ult is still only good for organized team play.
His q is worse than before.
His w cd is a joke for what it provides. We can keep a max cdr fizz on a 4 sec cd though.
How could I not miss him. He was the champion that made me play this game in the first place. He was my first main. For few months everytime I would open League client, I couldn't just wait to get into champ select and play another Vlad game. I learned all basic mechanics playing this guy, from last hitting minions to everything else.
But now, I can't play Vlad anymore. I can't get the feel of this new one. I cannot get used to his new E. My favorite champion is gone. I don't have reason to play this game anymore.
Not in the slightest.

no. he was too annoying in lane. his old E. was cancer. that E was chunking 1/3d of your hp unless you rush mr.
No thanks, at least you can kill new vlad. If old vlad got 5 kills up on you you'd better bring half the team if you'd wanted to kill him.
I've not been a fan of most the reworks done this past season. Vlad, poppy, Darius, Shen.... Ryze, and Taric I don't really care either way. Aniva Ult... BOOOOo.
But the item changes are the worst to me. Removing of SV crushed Swain and Vlad imo. All to nurf Akali it seemed like. Her and one other it seem were the sole purpose of SV removal. Not to mention 
as if this hyper mobile meta needs more mobility. This game has gotten weird to be. It no longer feels like you get n a fight but have to explode you opponent.
I'm building him Glass Cannon again since the latest nerf to his E. Its working quite well so far in Silver Ranked.
I run 15% CDR scaling runes with Stormraiders... and then I rush Luddens. Mid game they are always SUPER SHOCKED when I go from passive farming to Ghosting into team fights and then NUKING their whole army with pure AP from Hemoplague and Tides of Blood spamming.
Inevitably they panic and start focusing me or going in 1 at a time... our team then destroys them with Vlad Pooling in and out of fights.
Do you guys miss getting your Hp sucked out every 3 seconds with no counterplay? Do you guys miss the undodgeable E? Yeah i dont think so.At least this vlad relies more on his healing than the older one.

Tbh I prefer new Vlad in terms of playstyle but I hate how damn hard he is for Riot to balance. If he's significantly below average in the average player's game, he's godlike in pro play. If he's mediocre in pro play, he is absolutely awful in regular games.
No. Old vlad had little to no windows of power and without the cancerous WOTA he would be incredibly trash.
i lke the simplicity of old vlad but new vlad just feels more powerfull even tho he isnt i think riot needs to buff his Ap scaling and nerf his healing vlad should punish a team for forgeting about him when he and swain where OP they both hurt you for fighting them and leaving them alone in a team fight

Is there even big differences between the old and new Vlad... I think the new vlad is better than the old one, the old vlad was boring.
as a vlad main( who reached to diamond by spamming vlad in 3 different accounts and had generally %60-70 win rate.) new vlad is slightly stronger than the old vlad.
I only miss him being unpopular. Old vlad was just an ap mage with tankiness, new vlad is a tanky mage who deals decent damage and has amazing sustain. Literally his sustain is even stronger than old vlad with wota. But its just doesnt feel the same. That simple playstyle vlad was better. There was a rule which I told people who asked for tips about vlad and I was saying, " Playing vlad is easy but mastering him is hard". That feeling is gone now. Now he is the same vlad in bronze elo, in challanger elo doesnt matter. This is what rito wants anyway. So..

Old vlad was annoying. No one liked old vlad. This is like saying "don't you miss old poppy" or "don't you miss old eve". The only people who missed them were the people who abused them when they were strong.
