Movement speed on runic echoes needs to be brought back.
Whole change to runic echoes is hot garbage,and let me explain to you why is that.
Patch 8.10 brought a change into the item, where now it builds off of Lost Chapter instead of Aether Wisp. As a result, finished item now has the traits of the old one, except it doesent have 7% bonus movespeed anymore, and instead it's been given +10%CDR and 300 mana.
To put things into perspective, there are 12 completed mage items available on Summoner's Rift that grant Cooldown Reduction:
6 that grant mana:
And 3 that grant bonus movementspeed:

You might ask, what's the goal of taking away this extremely valuable stat away for the sake of ones that are overstacked - and I will give you my answer, I wish I fucking knew. There's no magic damage dealing jungler that doesen't appreciate bonus movement speed. It's a detrimental factor in crossing map as a role that is in a constant move, seeking opportunities to execute ganks. It helps you catch the target, run away from it - you name it. Looking further, it is also abysmal considering the fact that jungling champions dont need their mana pool extended. Not the ones that are mages anyway - you're not in a lane environment where poke is a thing. If you are a jungler, you play the game of predicting enemy's jungler movements. You might invade him, and that kind of a clash is a game of a burst, not a poke. Runic Echoes proc refreshes 25% of your missing mana pool, which in my opinion is more than enough.
I cant help myself but think that there was zero thought given to this, which for a single change might not be too worrying. But the trend of these ridiculous changes has been going for a while now, and nothing seems to indicate that people responsible for pushing them out give two shits about what they're doing.
