So I tend to really enjoy Kha'zix, and think hes a great Jungler. But almost every game I'm in people tell me Rengar is far superior at all stages of the game compared to Kha'zix. I was told Kha'zixs 1v1 potential was better, but apparently Rengar is the better 1v1er and can nuke you down to oblivion in seconds. So why should I be taking Kha over Ren in games?

But really, Kha'zix can engage when he wants and can escape afterwards with evolved wings or with his ult. Rengar is pretty much completely ult reliant and has no way of getting out if things go poorly

Penns1 votesBecause Kha has resets, can jump without bushes/ ult, can go invis instantly twice/ 3 times, doesnt have to use ferocity to get sustain, has better poke with evolved W,.. Rengar still better tho lel.
Dreadlocks1 votesI mained Kha'Zix in season 4, currently main Rengar. Slightly biased i'd say pretty much never.. The one thing Kha'Zix has over rengar is his siege. Rengar pretty much NEEDS a bush to fight, Kha'Zix isn't reliant on a bush or his ult. So in terms of pushing a lane (especially mid) Kha'Zix is more useful.
I would say Kha'Zix is more "well rounded" and Rengar out shines Kha'Zix in his respected role "assassinating"

Adalore1 votesI would say... Rengar's losing state is HELL and Kha when behind can recover unlike Rengar. Rengar who is behind cannot clear NOR assassinate so he feels really...really shit.
Dreadlocks1 votesRengar can doesn't always NEED to assassinate, although it is preferred, he does do well as a bruiser/initiator landing 5stack Bolas.

When his ult is up a khazix gank is lackluster compared to rengo's (it has a really low cooldown and yoshi's is a staple in rengo builds) plus his burst is ridiculous. Both need to snowball early or you're in for a shitty mid to late game both are destroyed by counter ganking but this is where khazix has a distinct advantage his kit is equipped to get around this while rengo is not so forgiving. It comes down to skill really, your ability to outplay your opponent is key here and imo rengar is superior to khazix in that regard.
