Thresh - Quality of Life Suggestions
- ** If Thresh uses Death Leap (second cast of Death Sentence) and an ally clicks the lantern, the ally should follow Thresh until Thresh reaches his hooked target.**
This change was made with Azir in patch 5.24:
Shifting Sands Azir will now move with soldiers to their endpoint even if he catches up to them while traveling.
Essentially the same concept with Thresh, however with his allies. The speed allies travel at clicking the lantern is faster than that of Death Leap by around 100-200 units, so this means that allies who use the lantern in close proximity to Thresh will sometimes end their dash to him abruptly.
- Remove or reduce the delay of recently spawned souls being able to be picked up if picked up by lantern (or at all).
If I throw a lantern to an ally over the wall of a jungle camp for them to pick up when they finish, I also want to collect the souls that drop; however, the ally sometimes clicks so quickly that the lantern isn't able to pick up the souls in time, and it's not worth it to waste my time and walk over to pick up one or two souls I could have picked up in the first place. Just a nuisance that won't have any game-changing effect.
- Make the leash range of the lantern more outstanding.
Whenever I throw my lantern, and I want to walk to maximum leash range, Thresh walks out of range and pulls the lantern to him, which is kind of annoying since I'm only wanting to add another 10 units for my ally. A bolder and stricter indicator would help in this situation.
- Add indicators to the front and back of Flay
Sometimes I miss my Flay, and it's really frustrating at times since I establish the fact that it hit, when I look back on the replays that it didn't. Giving it an indicator on the front and back will give me a bit more real time understanding of why it missed.
Additional suggestions
- Thresh is slowed if he lands Death Sentence successfully, and not many people know this - this should be indicated in the tooltip.
- It takes 10 seconds for Flay Passive to reach maximum potency - this should be indicated in the tooltip.
Thresh should be allowed to benefit from Spoils of War's execute passive. It's not necessary, but it would relieve a lot of stressful and missed Relic Shield procs.
