I was surprised when a bard SUPPORT in one of my games built hextech revolver and then into hextech protobelt and dealt more damage than I did. Here is the game I was the velkoz. In fact, it was right after he bought hextech revolver that he gave his adc double kill after double kill. It was incredible! Could this be a new build for bard?

i actually always get rev on bard now after the change.
except I actually ( probably a waste of gold, ) sell the revolver for something better later on ( its a very good midgame item, which is where bards damage is highest. ) for something like void when lategame starts rollin around
full ap bard is fun af.
