What is 'Total Mastery Score in' LoL ?
I don't know what this stands for, really..

Eternal Torment8 votesit is the total amount of mastery points you have on every champion, you can check them under "collection"> "Champions" and then order them by alphabetic or mastery points
FioraWillCarry1 votesNo it's not. It has nothing to do with mastery points. It's simply the sum of the levels of all the champions you have played. So if you have an account that owns two champs that you have gotten to level 3 each, then the total mastery score would be 6. As of now, the maximum possible total mastery score is 1022. There are a 146 champions in League and the maximum level you can get with a champion is level 7. 146x7 = 1022

i thought this too, but my champ level sums up to 320 and i have 340 total mastery [zombie-brand-clap]
