i have not seen anybody but kayles build it since ive started playing this game. ive always been told its terrible and its a troll item.

If you couple it with a item 3115 it's really good on XinZhao .

I'm pretty sure it's JUST Kayle, although I can see where a Skarner might benefit from it.

You'd think an AD and AP item would be a hot commodity, but it's just too damn expensive. Hextech Gunblade costs a bit more but is way better.

Jax used to get it. If you build AP on Varus, it seems good.

Kayle and Jax are the only ones that seem like they should consider it to me, and from my experience, it doesn't even seem particularly useful on them. I'd just not bother making it.

i did use it once on jax a while back and it was great but that might have just been because i was stupidly far ahead

It's good if you can use the stats (Overall, the stats at max have a value over 5k, which is hugely efficient).

It's pretty good on Aatrox actually. His ult's AoE nuke scales off of AP (which Rageblade gives) and the bonus attack speed and lifesteal that it grants when you fall below 50% allows Aatrox to get huge amounts of sustain, when used in conjunction with the likes of a item 3065 , item 3143 , and either item 3072 or item 3026

No, it's bad on everyone. It's basically a legacy item that serves no purpose on any champ ever.

It's possibly good on Ap varus. Depends on how you build him ap though.

I usually go Nashors, zerkers, zhonya or raba, void staff. zhonya or rabba then runaans with some attack speed runes. That is more than enough and you don't need guinsoo passive.

If you build differently I can see guinsoos being good.

No, it's bad.

It should be remade into a hybrid %Pen item that doesn't stack with Whisper or Void. That would actually be useful on a wide selection of champions who deal mixed damage.

it used to be godly on nidalee before her changes, also akali can make decent use of it but in current meta akali wont have the survivability to AA to get the full stacks,

used to be nidalee made real good use out of it since it could get easily stacked before going into kitty mode

but as of now, not many champs can use the ap and AA it gives so its pretty much trash now
