The Kog buff on the PBE pretty much sums up the balance team
Also they are reverting the frozen mallet slow, when they should just make it half for range champions. Imo kog'maw is still strong with ardent cencor support so i dont get it. If you think about it, it sounds stupid that a adc can spew out empowered shen Qs. Kog'maw should just recieve a rework just like the balance team. it is really that hard to make a interaction between q and w? for example the W deals "meh" dmg to everyone, unless its hit by Q. Atleast kog with that example should be less braindead.
