Make Soraka heal mana cost like kog r or kassadin r. The more you spam, the more it takes of your mana. That way you can sustain but not overwhelm the enemy with shitty high amounts of heals while the enemy team has to regroup. Sound fair, you bet bitch. (Expletives added cuz Riot won't read and warn anyways)

By why does she have one of the highest win rates in ARAM? because the regen buff added to that exponentially help her. This change would not really affect SR as much as ARAM on HA.

Ignite and Executioners calling. Soraka has weaknesses, but no one seems to use them.

The thing is, this nerf would require a compensation buff, since she's in a fairly balanced state right now with the reversion of grievous wounds and the nerfs she received around mid-season, and those would likely be funneled straight into her having a larger heal, which would make her laning phase even harder for opponents to deal with (since you don't spam heal in lane anyways when you don't have any CDR and it's cooldown prevents it from being used more than once or twice per fight).

Anything that applies Grievous Wounds makes Soraka a sad panda, as does large AOE damage since she can't heal everyone at once and healing drains her own health away. These are some simple ways to counter Soraka, but nobody seems to use them in games against her.
