Rek'Sai - Hard Counter to Evelynn
I thought the game was supposed to move away from hard counters, but the way this champion is designed Eve is effectively worthless against her.

R.I.P. Eve

R.I.P. Eve
Gonna be honest, I think Eve has been dead for years.
If you are in range of Rek'Sai (Who is female. It's not that hard for genders people...) for her tremor sense to go off you probably would already have been seen. If you want to complain, look at Rengar or Twitch, who don't have invisibility that reveals them if they get close to enemies. They have actual problems (albeit slight. The giant exclamation mark over your head or their adc disappearing are already good signs).

Except the range is far greater than detection range, and means you can never escape her.

Go a bit off path and stand still. Rek'Sais actual vision is shit without wards or standing on you while burrowed, and since standing still hides any tremors sent off she could just go past you. If she already has wards down in your area the problem then is you don't own your jungle anymore.
Not counting boots. Rek'Sai burrowed has 365MS Eve has 340 base and her W grants her a %. Even at rank 1, she goes up to 442 for 3 seconds and 578 at rank five. Unless you're WAY overextended or Rek'Sai is willing to vastly overextend herself, you should actually be able to get away scott free.

More of an issue for getting close undetected than getting away.

It's an issue for both, actually.
Making a champion "immune" to stealth is one thing, especially against champions whose stealth is merely a part of their kit.
Evelynn is all stealth, and Rek'Sai gives vision to her whole team of Eve. If there is even the slightest chance of facing a Rek'Sai, Eve can no longer be picked by any sane person.
Hard counters are here to stay folks.
Can we get a hard counter for Zed, Kat, etc, now? I mean, Riot clearly doesn't mind when Hard counters exist so I don't see why we can't just prevent the most overbearing champions from being afraid of one specific pick.

's detection range is 700.
's tremor sense has 1300 range.

You can actually see the visual path of Twitch while he's invisible. It's like 1/8th the size of a Nocturne Q, but you can see it.
