Damage scaling masteries nerfed, armor pen nerfed..., So the champs that are unaffected by the mastery changes get some love.
These champs were already pretty strong(except heavily buffed cho'gath) and are gonna feel great this patch i think:

SrbLud1 votes% armor penetration is not really effective early and is better for mid to late game.
You are better off scalling your damage before getting 
ADCs were bad as it is unless they built lethality early.
With mastery nerfs that hit ADCs hard they would be like wet spaghetti.
All they did was shift some power from early-mid to mid-late.
We can only speculate how it might get abused so we'll have to wait and see.

SrbLud1 votesADCin2017 was mostly about that. They would get insta killed. They had no time to react whatsoever. Now ( at least in theory ) you can still kill ADCs, but ADCs have a slight window to counter.

B00B001 votesyeh Ammumu has always been strong, as long as you don't use his bandage for the engage and you engage with your flash + ult then you use your bandage to lock an apc/adc to death during it for the extended stun, taking there damage completely out of the fight.
Sejuani is strong if you can abuse her ultimate but team dependant and Ramous is an absolute beast, get gunfire and your basically unkillable and uncatchable
