Right now I'm bronze 3 and my MMR is 984. Ave is 1062 In the last 20games I have won 16 out of 20, 4loses and still have a bad MMR. If I lose one game It will take 2games to make that MMR up, And you never know if I will lose 2games in a row. So thats mean 40LP loss for me. Its hard to go up in Ranks like this. Please tell me what I can do.

You seem to have lost pretty consistently for three months straight. I wouldn't expect your couple days of playing better to make you gold.
There is also no reliable way to check mmr, the only mmr checkers that I know of anyways only check you last 15-20 games. Not sure what your basis here is
1 loss, and 2 wins does not result in a net loss of mmr. Net loss of LP perhaps if your mmr is low enough, but if you're winning >50% of your games, it'll inch upwards slowly but surely.
I dont get it... bit it seems to be tied greatly to W/L.
