You can't. I got banned for the same thing. I've never scripted, I honestly don't even know what it is but I never have cheated. Somehow I'm banned got the email yesterday.
There's something called submitting a ticket with riot employees in the support site.
Yeah if youve ever shared your account, bought it years ago, used a script in a vs ai game a long time ago, you could have just been caught in a ban wave. They won't tell you what tipped them off, but apparently they know you used some kind of program on that account some time in the past.
