Shadow Morde Nerfs?

Literally nothing to effect Morde whatsoever in the patch, yet he feels the weakest he's ever been. You don't heal anything, you don't shield, it's weird... something is wrong with the champ. Anyone else feel it?

Morde normally demolishes Kled but I felt like he could right click me and afk and I would still lose the lane.
