Game Crash / All League Broken

Was playing an URF match and game fatally crashed about 2 mins in to gameplay. I was able to Disconnect and relaunch game and get back in but my wife game bug splatted repeatedly, now League won't launch and says "no connection found." I tried to repair the launcher and it crashed, so I figured League was broken and needed an entire uninstall and reinstall. Went to re-install and it won't let me download the game because of "connection failure" but my internet is fine.
