Does anyone want Akali's heal back on her kit?

I always liked Akali Akali (both pre-rework and post-rework) for having sustained healing in her kit but in patch 9.3 Riot decided to remove the heal in her full energy q in order to give her counterplay. While Riot did give her some compensation buffs for the removal of her heal I still feel a little empty now that Akali doesn't have a built-in heal in her kit similar to what happened when Kindred Kindred got her w heal removed before. On top of that Akali still has a very high energy cost on her q which was built around her heal before (though you could argue it can be still used for quick burst damage).

I do however, realize that the q heal on Akali was a problem since she could sustain a bit too well against the enemy laner when she started to snowball or play safely. I was thinking from what others have said on Reddit or boards that if Riot does decide to give her back her heal it should be on her passive, Mark of the Assassin where she gets healed when she hits an enemy she gets a heal equal to the bonus damage on her passive but reduced to 25 or 50% of its healing when using it on minions that way she takes more risk if she wants to keep her health high.

TLDR: I want to see Akali's heal back on her basic kit via her passive instead of her q.

Do you think Akali should have her heal back in a new form, her q again, or not have a heal still?

EDIT: My idea is not perfect and just because I want her heal back doesn't mean I want it back ASAP. Also I think fine in her current state she doesn't one yet but if she's weak that's what I would want back.

Literally, no assassin has healing in their kit(that's a mid laner) I'm glad she has no heal anymore. It gave quite possibly the most mobile assassin a slow, heal, and went in tandem with her passive giving her movement speed and an auto attack enhancer. Way too overstat

If you want her heal back then at least remove like 4-6 out of 8 random crap that she already has in her Passive + Q.

Otherwise, she'll be even a bigger middle finger to players frustration and fairness than she already is now (or back to the worse at least).

If she were to get her heal back, she'd probably have to either pay for it with something else(maybe less duration on W), or have it be so rare that it hardly matters that she has it(like on one of her ults). Her old passive gave her lifesteal and spellvamp and was called twin dragons wasn't it? Perhaps her new ult could signify that by her first giving her lifesteal, and her second giving her spellvamp? Although something would have to be removed for that to be given to her. Perhaps the mini stun on her ult, but then again that feels pretty necessary to her kit, especially against Katarina. Her combined lifesteal and spellvamp were the only reason she ever went gunblade to begin with, to synergize with that, so it feels kinda core to her kit, but at the same time, Akali has always been frustrating to play against, even pre-rework.

Her Q has like 99% hitrate. How about we nerf that... Thats my number one issue with her
