New AP items on Tanky Ap Champs

So with the new AP items coming in I decided to look at the reworked items and see who would benefit the most from them and I saw that and other people will become pretty darn powerful with the new .

The new Rod of Ages is no longer just a ball of stats but more for tanky AP champs like, , and . Since the new passive gives 15% of mana spent has health and 15% of damage taken turns to mana, this allows tanky AP champs to stay longer in fights.

Swain with the new and can stay in a teamfight for long durations as long as he his taking damage which he can heal back up quickly.

Moakai with the new can use his ult longer and regen health quickly.

Naut isn't the best with the new but due to his tanky nature he can take more damage which means he can spam more spells which means he can heal back up.

Edit: I just realized that ryze will be a very painful abuser of tear and roa due to his spell spam.
