Stop crying about Balance and Champ Design when you can't even ward and CS.

This statement is so true though. I've had 230 CS at 20 mins on Orianna and people calling her an OP champ. Just because you aren't up to my standards doesn't mean the champ is op. The champ is op when they dominate higher elo games or have a crazy high winrate in all elos.
