Idea for Akali

So, I realize akali has been an absolute balance nightmare for Riot. I mean lets be fair you're nerfing a champion with a 43% winrate. Here's my 2 cents on how to maybe bring akali back in line as a not complete bullshit game ruining champion.

I realize it will take more than this but here is my simple idea. The most gamebreaking, tilting, completely unfun part about akali is how safe shroud keeps her. For real you literally have to have the exact right champion to even bother with her once shes popped that spell, and it lasts for a really really really long time. It's essentially the "hey lets stop having fun" button of league of legends, and I find it absolutely cancer to this game. Honestly if I could convince y'all to completely remove it I would die happy.

However, we all know riot will not remove this spell, so then what can we do about it?

My Idea is to simply scale the ability based on how many champions are in a certain distance of her. Basically it'd like a 1 second shroud in a 1 v 1, 2 seconds if someone comes to gank, and in teamfights where you really do need the protection of shroud it lasts the full duration it currently does. This would allow for more counter play in the 1 v 1 without just having to nerf her into ground. It would also allow for her to be a little safer in big team fights, and a little riskier in 1 v 1's since you can't just go hide in your shroud for 30 seconds.

Tl;DR - Scale Akali's shroud based on the number of enemy champions near her
