I understand that Riot will be implementing an item set maker in the new client at some point, but I dont know when. Is there any third-party website that can allow me to create item sets and that doesn't get me banned?

Chimp Joker1 votesI understand that the usage of 3rd party software is unacceptable. But does that really include websites?
Deep Terror Nami1 votesRioters have recommended the one here; http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/hozFyetY-webtool-eye-popping-item-set-editor
All it does is help you create a text file to place in your config file, it does not interact with the game in any way, nor provide anything other than that one perfectly legal feature.
