what adcs have the top damage atm other then vayne outta the 14 adcs which carry harder atm in the new season and what will punish you hard if they get fed enough kinda curious for the new season

mega lane bully. Very strong. (some high elo person might go "draven is useless if you just do this one thing" but lets be completely honest. unless you are high plat or diamond. that doesnt really matter.)

can lulu go with draven or do i need a more aggressive support and what adcs are top atm just the hyper carries or ?

Lulu works with everyone tbh. she has a shield a speed up, a slow, a knockup / heal and has polymorph. she works with everyone
