What on earth does a fake win rate mean? If she wins 54% of the games that she's been in over the past week, what about that is 'fake'?

There has never been a time since Ahri's inception that she has been below a 53% winrate. Never.

She has everything in her kit to be good no matter what the meta is. She's just never been full-blown FoTM so she has flown under the radar.

Again, Ahri was released more than half a decade ago. She has never been below 50% ever. She hasn't been touched since her revert to her charm so she's a lot stronger and better at her role as assassin now.
