RIOT, Can you make an option to completely shut off chat?

I just want to stop reading nothing but racist, toxic, garbabe in chat. I don't want to spend the first few seconds of every game having to mute everyone, so can you just make a option in the client screen to shut off chat completely? Or just shut chat off for everyone, then no one can rage on each other. And for the love of humanity, NEVER PUT IN VOICE CHAT!
