so with ryze new passive i got to thinking. can i build stacks when the passive activates? because if yes then can I refresh the mana sheild several times a fight?

and since his q is now a skill shot, that means i don't need a target to rev up my passive, that means i can charge up tear while walking up the lane, that means i can activate my passive the moment a team fight starts..

so unlike gnar who has to wind down after rage gene wears off, ryze can keep himself warm like a minigun, always ready to go off on a mob.
