Using item Mikael's Crucible does not grant assists.

Why the heck not? Riot pls, I want my supports to have some motivation to unstun me. Thx. No wonder mid laners run cleanse, this item is useless. Can anyone that uses this give me some feedback? Why are assists for possibly one of the hardest support mechanics too OP, but things like redemption are okay?

It's nice when you remove assist counts for people that just 'exist', like the aura meta. Then you add redemption(reduce redemption range pls, they can already use the shit while dead) bleh- Make this item that has unique skill expression, count please. Make it heal for .1 hp, or however you do it, that should count as helping someone, if you unstun them, and they turn it around. That should be an assist.
