Off meta female tops?

Who are some decent female champions that can top, that are rare to see or off meta. Like can vi, sej? Also a rough idea on how to build them.

Vi can top, Sej is a lot harder due to mana issues and last hitting.

Karma doesn't really have a set build or even any core items, you can pretty much build whatever the situation calls for

Kalista If you're good with her she can be a terror top lane, build is pretty much the same as ADC

Morgana Push the wave with puddle, disengage any fight with black shield and a Q, build item 3157

Quinn Build a item 3147 , roam around the map destroying the other lanes whenever the passive is available

Elise HP shred and some great base damages, really strong early, build tank or magic pen if you get ahead

Ahri During the preseason I played almost exclusively Ahri, for the top lane games items like item 3027 item 3116 item 3110 were really helpful

Cassiopeia probably even better after the rework, if you're really good at kiting with spells

Nidalee builds can vary, either AP, AD or tank works, item 3025 is pretty good for sticking to people

can actually be played top again after the mana cost buffs. Leona build damage (either stat) and some HP, kill bitches. Sejuani 's a bit more difficult, but you can do it if you're good with last hitting and you don't waste your mana.

Thanks for all the great suggestions, if you have any more suggestions let me know, right now I'm going to try Vi, shyvana and quinn. Any builds or info on them would be appreciated.
