Stuck at log in queue, position ''20000'', Not changing, wait time only increasing......Anyone else?

Was unable to queue up into a regular game so I restarted the game and now I'm 20000th in a queue, yet waiting doesn't move me up, it keeps me at that number and slowly increases my wait time. Anyone else having this problem?

Edit: The game is working now. However, the game countdown number will freeze at 0 and will take an extra minute or so before loading the game client up for you, (at least that's what happened for me and the others in my lobby).

Edit 2: After the game, I couldn't see the scoreboard, I could only see ''Reconnect''. But every time I clicked that, it loaded a black screen until I force closed it. So after thinking it was fixed, I am back to square one and unable to play.
