Frame rate gradually decreases since patch 7.22

Exactly as said, some things have helped, such as completely removing razer synapse, which actually improved all games fps in general, so fuck that shit, but league still gradually drops, before 7.22, 120 fps max settings at all times no matter what, maybe like 1 or 2 frames in a massive teamfight, but nothing more, not sure what caused this but it is still here, some of the aspects of it have altered a little, like it happens later in the game, or that it drops less, but It feels like garbage, I saw a lot of posts about this when it happened, and still a few now, why is this not fixed or adressed, I literally have a factory reset pc with nothing but league on it, have tried all troubleshooting options, and it still does it

Nvidia gtx 980 8 GB DDR3 ram I7-4790 3.6 ghz cpu not overclocked whatsoever 1 tb hybrid drive,

If you have any fixes please help me, Idk why it's still here, honestly laughable.

Funny you mention that, i've never had noticed any framerate problems playing league but unfortunately i had to reformat my comp because it wouldnt even boot (super old custom built PC, was just above average 4 or 5 years ago when i build it).

Only league installed, pretty sure I have all of my drivers in order, and I was playing with literally 26 frames per second on low setting, when i used to play medium high. Honestly im guessing theres a larger underlying reason, but I'm sure league plays some role in this. Super weird .

Have you tried playing with:

-Enable low spec client -Close client when launching game -Disable all sound

The client as of late has been getting worse and worse. It's like running 10+ of the old client at once.

Yeah I use low spec client. Disabling sound would unfortunately ruin the gaming experience for me. At that point if it even fixed it, I would rather play at miserable FPS's and pray I dont miss something important. It's so weird seeing the game stagger the way it does because in many years of gaming/league i've never experienced this- but I also haven't played any super graphically intensive games either.

I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm kinda in a catch-22 here- it appears it starts happening when I leave league open for extended periods of time (for days for example). However, if I close league, I inevitably run into a bug splat at the loading screen usually within the first 3-5 game I play, then needs to repair because of it. Usually don't make it to the game in time, but always come super close (joining literally at 3:00 - 3:05 after the surrender vote has already been initiated).

Super feels bad [sg-janna]

Turning off the sound isn't too big of a problem. I believe I've been playing with sounds turned off since S3. Only on rare occasions do I turn them back on just for the nostalgia of hearing the game sounds.

If you are experiencing issues like so with the client you should try to use the repair option. If that doesn't work then you should try to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps. You should also make sure you software is up to date. If your software isn't it might be what's causing small issues here and there.

I have had drops since around that time. Especially if they change the Baron's cosmetics. The game will run smooth and then it will have a BIG hiccup every time we get vision on Baron for the first time. It seems to do it when it loads unique textures/assets.

I ran Far Cry 5 on ultra easily as well as any other game on the market. I immediately assume that my PC definitely isn't the issue, but I am open to debate if Riot wants to blame my AMD CPU. AMD sucks.

I should be getting 300+ fps but I stagnant at 160 and below. It's quite irritating as it will dip to around 100 during intense fights and can feel my mouse clasping up. I want my 300 back :(
