But no, the lcs match was completely over at 15 minutes mark. The rest was a boring and steady agony for the losing team.
With the current shitty state of the game, the winner should be the one with gold lead at 15 minutes mark, this would spare us a good amount of lost time.

What made you think that? Low ELO actually has by far the largest chance for throws. Master/Challenger games by comparison are averaging like 25 minutes
